Dormitory Check-out Policy Update (Effective March 1, 2027)

Thank you for choosing CG Academy.

We hope this message finds you well.

To improve the efficiency of dormitory management, the dormitory check-out policy will be revised as follows.

- Current Policy-

   # Students who arrive on campus between Saturday and Sunday at 1:00 PM

   must check out by 11:00 AM on Saturday of their graduation week.

   # Students who arrive on campus from Sunday 1:00 PM onward or on Monday

   must check out by 11:00 AM on Sunday of their graduation week.

- Revised Policy -

   # All students departing from their home country on Saturday or Sunday

   must check out by 11:00 AM on Saturday of their graduation week.

   # Students requesting to check out after 11:00 AM on Saturday will be

   charged an additional accommodation fee.

- Effective Date -

   # Effective for students starting on March 1, 2027 (departing February 27–28, 2027).
